When you were a child, you had an amazingly strong, mobile and resilient body. You built that body through movements such as crawling, rolling, running, jumping and climbing. As you grew older and continued to explore movement, each and everyday was something new and exciting. Exercise was never something you had to do; it was something you got to do. But it wasn’t called exercise back then…it was called play! We believe that restoring and building on that foundation is the surefire path to your full potential, a.k.a. your ninja potential.
